Sun & Moon Transits 101

The sun changes signs every month, cycling through the 12 astrological signs around the same time each year. Leo season falls every July/August; Aries season in March/April.

The moon changes signs every few days, cycling through all 12 signs over about 29 days. When the sun and moon are in the same part of the sky, we get a new moon. When they're on opposite sides of the sky, we get a full moon.

New moons are moments to plant seeds of intention.

Full moons are moments to release what no longer serves.
